CLIMATE

  METEO GUADELOUPE : CLIC

Very sunny, because of the tropical climate (though a sun-block protection is recommanded the first days) but also rain, sometimes characterized by a heavy rain season. The temputure of the sea is soft which can grimp up to over 29 degrees C° (between July and October). The temperature never goes under 24 degrees C° during the dry season. There are 2 seasons on the island: from February till April, a dry season. May/June and September/October are the most confortable periods and enjoy the Alizes. Often it can rain in Pointe à Pitre while you are swimming in the sun in Sainte-Anne! All year long, sunrise is between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. and sunset between 18:00 p.m. and 19:00 p.m. Bring a special lotion with you to protect yourself against the moustiquo’s. There are no dangerous animals such as snakes, scorpions in Guadeloupe, it’s a real little paradise!
